I enjoy looking at artist deviation in DA, there is so many talent here.

Yesterday, I click on to view the DD and one of the piece is so eye catching...you can find it here ::

This is a Korea Movie called "The restless(中天)" that I watch it with my girl friend in South Korea last year December. Here is the poster of the movie::

poster link

They look almost the same except the artist paint it again...

I am not jealous as it is a DD...or something else...just want to express is that we need to give credits to the original maker of this poster...being a artwork...it should be original and if we use someone else idea(the whole poster with subtle details)...just give credit.

I gave a comment to the "artist" yesterday night and today I found that he "Hide" (or delete) my message...

In the comment, I give him a hyperlink to the poster...may be he don't like the link of the poster ...then he hide my message...

If this kind of copy the original one artwork can introduce to DA members...I have no words can say(講不出聲!)

Almost the same? In order to avoid a raw deal to that loser, I took "his piece" and pasted over the original poster in Photoshop... Very simple, just set the upper layer as multiply lower the opacity and you will see that he only applied some filters and poorly brushed/smudged over it. Despicable.
I believe nothing in his gallery is really product of his own effort. The problem is: since he does not give credit, we can't accuse him directly... Luckily we know that one from the movie, so we can make our case.
There is another picture of his gallery he claimed to be entirely his and all that stuff "I spent a lot of time doing her dress and bla bla bla"... Actually, it was again a poorly painted over picture, using inappropriate copyrighted material... I reported and dA staff deleted.
But it seems to be not working for the movie's picture, which I have already reported too but they quickly said my report was invalid and the work was a true fanart. PATHETIC, because it's clearly written at the RULES OF DEVIANT ART about using resources and doing fanarts that this kind of work is DISCLAIMED.
Obviously they haven't paid attention to my report because the "artist" have some popularity and the gallery director gave him a DAILY DEVIATION.

Anyway, it's nice to see that someone else have noticed and got angry about that damned annoying act.
